Crafted by the Fairbanks-Vega Company, this banjo carries the serial number 35489 and is cherished for its historical value and craftsmanship. The instrument features its original five-string setup, along with a 10-13/16-inch head that produces a bright and precise tone, suitable for various musical genres. The 26-inch scale length allows for greater flexibility and accuracy in play, appealing to both traditional and modern banjo players.

This particular model is noted for its understated aesthetic, as it lacks a headstock inlay, giving it a classic and clean look. However, it's important to note that the neck of this banjo has developed a warp over the years, which might affect its playability and may require attention to restore its original functionality.
