1969 Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop

This 1969 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop is a remarkable piece of music history, embodying the iconic design and superior craftsmanship that Gibson is renowned for. In very good condition, this guitar is a testament to the enduring appeal of the Les Paul model, particularly the sought-after Goldtop with its elegant finish and powerful sound.  The checking and greening on this guitar look and feel amazing. 

The guitar is all original with the exception of the brass nut which sounds great but we will install a new bone nut on request.  The pots date to 1969, which, along with the serial number 828523, and most importantly the lack of the volute and no Made In The USA stamp suggests that this is an early '69 model.  You can see the outline of an old store sticker on the back of the headstock.
