2006 Martin D-41 — this well-cared-for dreadnought arrived at the shop sounding loud, balanced and very musical. It’s built with a solid Sitka spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides (standard D-41 spec), delivering clear trebles, warm mids and a full low end that projects well in both fingerstyle and strummed settings. The neck feels comfortable and the action is easy to play; overall playability is excellent for stage or studio use. The guitar comes in its original hardshell case with the shown case candy.
Notable: a top crack near the bridge was professionally repaired and stable; the repair is solid and the instrument performs without issue. Included are the OHSC and accessories pictured. Exact factory specs for the D-41 typically include a Sitka spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, long-scale dreadnought body, dovetail neck joint, ebony fretboard and bridge, celluloid binding, and ornate abalone/pearloid inlays and rosette.
