We sold this beautiful custom color PRS Custom 22 a few years ago and she's just been traded back in. She's in very good condition but has been played with some swirling to the back of the guitar that's hard to capture in the pics but no major damage. The top is very clean. I'd rate 9 out of 10 to be on the safe side. Ships in the OHSC with case candy shown.
It has the Pattern neck with an absolutely magnificent custom color royal blue wrap burst finish and toned back. This solid body electric is built from a flame maple top, with an extremely comfortable mahogany body and neck and a rosewood fingerboard. This amazing guitar looks, feels and sounds magnificent.

The Custom 22 is a classic workhorse with all the tones you’ve come to expect from your PRS with a distinctive midrange and clarity thanks, in part, to its 85/15 pickups. These pickups are wired for our 5-way blade switch, which offers a dual humbucker option (see switching positions below). The Custom 22 also features a PRS patented Gen III trem and comfortable solid mahogany pattern neck.
For 2020, PRS has updated this model with TCI-tuned pickups and nitro over celluose (CAB) finish.
